Located at the heart of Hanover Street, Ristorante Lucia is a North End institution.  Opened in 1977, Lucia was the first to bring authentic Italian cuisine to Boston’s oldest neighborhood.  We continue to combinetraditional favorites with innovative new dishes in our distinctive atmosphere.

Filippo Frattaroli, who opened the restaurant shortly after emigrating to Boston from the Abruzzo region of Italy, is proud to welcome new guests along with those who have been visiting Lucia since the beginning.  Buon Appetito!

Our lively 30-seat bar welcomes those seeking after-work libations and lighter fare, as our formal dining room elegantly accommodates large parties as well as intimate dinners for small groups accordingly.
